As an Institutional Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead high-profile projects that will have a lasting impact on the community.Job DescriptionOversee and manage institutional projects from inception to completion, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and mentorship to junior staff.Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.Manage change orders, claims, and subcontractor performance.Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
