Senior Estimator - ICI Construction

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects
• Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation
• Evaluate cost-effectiveness and profitability of projects
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
• Provide detailed reports to senior management
• Implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality
• Stay updated with market trends and pricing in the industrial buildings industry
