Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsAttractive annual salary of up to $130,000Bonus ProgramAbout Our ClientConstruction - Site Superintendent - Residential - OttawaOur client, a leading real estate developer known for both low-rise and high-rise construction, is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee upcoming projects in Ottawa.Job DescriptionConstruction - Site Superintendent - Residential - OttawaIn this role, you will oversee all aspects of construction management on-site, ensuring successful project execution in collaboration with the Project Manager, Subcontractors, Owner, Engineers, and Architects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site activities for high-rise development projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.Maintain open and effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.Develop and manage project schedules to achieve all milestones.Track project progress and resolve any emerging issues.Work closely with the Project Management and other internal department.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.Collaborate with the Safety Department to ensure compliance with client, OSHA, and corporate safety standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
