Construction - Site Superintendent - Residential - Ottawa

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of construction management on-site, ensuring successful project execution in collaboration with the Project Manager, Subcontractors, Owner, Engineers, and Architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities for high-rise development projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules to achieve all milestones.
• Track project progress and resolve any emerging issues.
• Work closely with the Project Management and other internal department.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Safety Department to ensure compliance with client, OSHA, and corporate safety standards.
